6-2 Password
You can change the password required to log into the management GUI of the
storage server. By default, the password is
“1234”. Please change the password as
soon as possible, and store it in a safe place. Password can contain 0 to 30
alphanumeric characters, and are case sensitive.
Parameters Description
Current
Password
Enter your current password.
New Password Enter your new password.
Confirmed
Password
Enter your new password again for verification purposes.
Note: If you forget your password, you have to reset the storage server to the factory
default (password is
“1234”) with the “Release” and ”Copy” buttons (see front panel of the
storage server).
Click <Apply> at the bottom of the screen to save the configurations.
