3‐5‐1 QoS
Quality of Service (QoS) is a means for computers on the network to share Internet
bandwidth with guaranteed bandwidth quality for each device. Without QoS, all devices on
the network will compete for Internet bandwidth, so applications that require higher
bandwidth (like video streaming and network telephone) will suffer from network latency
issues.
