Flow Control Method

XON/XOFF and RTS/CTS flow control turned off

Use software XON/XOFF flow control in either direction.

Use hardware RTS/CTS flow control.

The DCE returns the OK result code if the DCE accepts the command. The DCE
returns the ERROR result code if the subparameter is out of range.

The DCE returns the current flow control setting, followed by the OK result code.
