Document printing
For documents (DIN A4 sheets, standard forms) or passbooks the logical struc-
ture of a document must be considered.
Example (passbook constants) :
1 Page heading area
(is not printed during a passbook transaction)
2 Area with lines for logging deposits and withdrawals
3 Last printable line
4 Footer area
(is not printed during a passbook transaction).
