Set the mode dial to P , A , S , or M .

Press the menu button .
The menu opens in the monitor.

On the arrow pad, press or
to move the green highlight to the
sleep mode mark

On the arrow pad, press to
move the highlight to the right.

On the arrow pad, press or
to select the desired setting.
Select OFF, 1MIN, 2MIN, 5MIN, or 10MIN.

Press the button to select the
setting.
The green highlight returns to the sleep
mode mark

Press button again to close the menu.
