Selecting a destination from a list
Use the following procedure to select a destination from the list.
A
Press {Search Destination}.
B
Press {U} or {T} to select [Display Destination List], and then press {OK}.
C
Press {U} or {T} to select the destination from the list, and then press {V}.
The check box on the left side of the selected destination is selected.
Repeat this step to add more destinations.
D
Press {OK}.
Note
❒ If under [System Settings], [LDAP Search] is set to [On], a screen to select a
search object appears when you press {Search Destination}. On the screen,
select [Search Address Book], and then press {OK}.
❒ To cancel a selected destination, press {U} or {T} to select the target des-
tination, and then press {W}.
❒ Depending on the security settings, some destinations may not appear in
the destination list.
