send it in a multimedia message, or
attach it to a name or phone
number in the contacts list.
Tip: You can set the camera to
automatically take a photo
after 10 seconds. In the
Camera
menu, select
Self-timer
and the
desired camera mode. Press
Start
. While the self-timer is
running, a beeping sound is
heard.
Adjusting the camera settings
In the
Camera
menu, select
Settings
and
•
Image quality
to select how much a
photo will be compressed when the
phone saves it. Select
High
,
Normal
or
Basic
.
High
provides the best
image quality but takes more
memory.
•
Camera sounds
to set the shutter
and self-timer sounds on or off.
•
Default title
to define a default
name for photos. If you want to use
the preset title, select
Automatic
. If
you want to define your own title,
select
My title
.
Radio
You can listen to the phone’s FM radio
via the built-in loudspeaker, the Music
Stand DT-1 or a compatible headset.
When using the loudspeaker, keep the
headset plugged into the phone. The
lead of the headset functions as the
radio antenna, so let it hang freely.
You can make or answer a call while
listening to the radio. Sending or
receiving data over a (E)GPRS or
HSCSD connection may interfere with
the radio.
To access this menu: Press
Menu
in
standby mode, and select
Media
and
Radio
.
Note that the quality of the radio
broadcast depends on the radio
station’s coverage in your area.
1. To switch on the radio, press
Menu
in standby mode and select
Media
and
Radio
.
2. If you have previously saved radio
channels, scroll to the channel you
want to listen to, or select the
memory location of the channel by
pressing the corresponding key
(
to
).
If the compatible headset you are
using has a headset key, you can
scroll through the saved channels
by pressing this key.
3. To turn the radio off, press
Options
and select
Switch off
in the
Radio
menu. OR: Press and hold
in
any function or standby mode.
