Incoming calls

Answer Call Pickup

Call Pickup allows you to pick up a call from any telephone in the same Pickup
Group or another Pickup Group.

To answer a call in your own Call
Pickup Group:

1.

Press the

DN

key.

2.

Press the

Pickup

Key.

To answer a call at a specific
extension within your Pickup
Group:

1.

Press the

DN

key.

or

2.

Press the

Pickup

Key or dial the

Directed Pickup FAC.

You will hear a special dial tone.

3.

Dial the extension number of the
ringing telephone.
