You can record a 16:9 wide picture to watch on
the 16:9 wide-screen TV (16:9 WIDE).
The picture with black bands at the top and the
bottom on the LCD screen or in the viewfinder
[a] is normal. The picture on a normal TV [b] is
horizontally compressed. You can watch the
picture of normal images on a wide-screen TV
[c].
Selecting wide picture mode
(1) While pressing OPEN, open the LCD panel.
(2) Press MENU to display the menu on the LCD
screen.
(3) Turn the control dial to select 16:9 WIDE, then
press the control dial.
(4) Turn the control dial to select ON, then press
the control dial.
(5) Press MENU to erase the menu display.

Es posible grabar imágenes panorámicas de 16:9
para visualizarlas en un TV de pantalla
panorámica de 16:9 (16:9 WIDE).
La imagen que aparece en la pantalla LCD o en el
visor electrónico [a] con bandas negras en las
partes superior e inferior es normal. La imagen
mostrada en un TV normal [b] se comprime
horizontalmente. Es posible ver imágenes
normales en un TV de pantalla panorámica [c].
Selección del modo de imagen

(1) Mientras presiona OPEN, abra el panel LCD.
(2) Presione MENU para que aparezca el menú
en la pantalla LCD.
(3) Gire el dial de control para seleccionar 16:9
WIDE y, a continuación, presiónelo.
(4) Gire el dial de control para seleccionar ON y,
a continuación, presiónelo.
(5) Presione MENU para que desaparezca el
menú.
