Installing Software for Windows
When the printer driver is installed, specify the optional devices installed on
your printer to enable use of options relating to those devices.
To specify devices installed on the KX-P8420:
1 From the Start menu, choose Settings >Printers.
2 Select the Panasonic KX-P8420 printer icon and select
Properties from the File menu.
3 Click the Device Options >Options tab, and specify the
devices installed on the printer.
2nd Feeder—Select if an optional 500 sheet feeder is installed.
Hard Disk — Select if an optional hard disk drive is installed .
4 For each, select from the Available Options list and
click Add to move the option to the Installed Options
list.
5 Click Apply and OK.
