Printer Setup
To load labels in the multi-purpose tray:
For detailed information on labels, see “Transparencies and labels” on
page 209 .
1 Set the media thickness switch ( page 39 ).
2 Adjust the media guides to the width of the label sheets.
3 Insert label sheets in the multi-purpose tray with the
printing side up and insert the top of the sheets first.
The height of labels should not exceed the limit mark on the guide.
4 Choose MPT Label as the paper source in the Paper
tab of the printer driver.
NOTE:
• Avoid printing labels if the temperature is too high; doing so may damage
consumables.
