IMPORTANT:
The SNMP Community fields are case-sensitive and allow SNMP
messages to be exchanged between the EM and the DPoE™ Power Patch
Panels.
FOR SECURITY REASONS, THESE FIELDS SHOULD BE CHANGED
FROM THEIR DEFAULTS.
Once any subnetwork changes are entered (if necessary), check ( ) those subnetworks to be
searched and click the Start button.
IP Range Search
By selecting the bottom button on the Discover Devices screen, the bottom half of the screen is
then used to request a IP range search as part of the Discover Capability.
After entering the Starting IP Address, Ending IP Address, and SNMP Write Community, the Start
button will initiate the Discover capability.
