You can imprint the shooting date on pictures.

Press the 3 button in A mode.
The [A Rec. Mode] menu appears.

Use the four-way controller (23) to select [Date
Imprint].

Use the four-way controller (45)
to select O (On) or P (Off).

Press the 3 button.
The camera returns to capture status with
the current setting.
Setting the Date Imprint
The date imprinted with this function cannot be deleted.
• The date is imprinted on the picture with the date style selected in
the [Date Adjust] menu.
• When [Date Imprint] is set to On, (Date Imprint Warning) icon
is displayed on the screen.
• When taking panoramic pictures in mode, the date is imprinted
on the lower right of the stitched picture.
