Printing Font List A list of available fonts for the selected printer language is printing.
To cancel the print job, press Menu> or . The Job Menu is displayed. Press
Menu>
or until Cancel Job appears on the second line. Press Select.
Printing Directory List A list of all the files stored in flash memory or on the hard disk is printing.
To cancel the print job, press Menu> or . The Job Menu is displayed. Press

Printing Job Accounting Stat A report of the accumulated statistics for the most recent print jobs is printing.
To cancel the print job, press Menu> or . The Job Menu is displayed. Press

or until Cancel Job appears on the second line. Press Select.
Clearing Job Accounting Stat The printer is deleting all job statistics stored on the optional disk.
Restoring Factory Defaults The printer is restoring factory defaults. See page 26 for details about which
printer settings are affected.
Formatting Flash The printer is formatting the flash memory. Do not turn the printer off while this
message is displayed.
Programming Flash The printer is storing resources in flash memory. Do not turn the printer off while
this message is displayed.
Formatting Disk The printer is formatting the hard disk. Do not turn the printer off while this
message is displayed.
Programming Disk The printer is storing resources on the hard disk. Do not turn the printer off while
this message is displayed.
Network Card Busy The network adapter is being reset. The Network x Setup menu is not available
while this message is displayed.
