Check Primary DNS
Server IP Address

Check Internet Web
Server Port

Set Internet
Connection Type

Press 0 to use DHCP.
Press 1 to use a static IP
address.
Press 2 to use PPPoE.

Select the type of Internet connection
you are using. Refer to the
documentation supplied by your
Internet service provider.

Set Static IP Address

the * (star) key when
entering a decimal point.

First, set the Internet Connection Type

will hear, “Invalid Option,” if you try to

static ip address: a fixed address

dhcp (dynamic host configuration protocol):
a protocol that lets one device on a local
network, known as a DHCP server, assign
temporary IP addresses to the other network
devices, typically computers.

pppoe: a type of broadband connection that
provides authentication (username and
password) in addition to data transport.
