Guarantee
The makers guarantee that the OneTouch ® Ultra ® Meter
shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a
period of three years. This guarantee is valid from the
date of purchase. The guarantee extends only to the original
purchaser and is not transferable.

The OneTouch ® Ultra ® system complies with the following
standard:
UL (Underwriters Laboratories Standard) UL 60601-1

one replaceable 3.0 V lithium battery.

This unit is not suitable for use in the presence of a
flammable anesthetic mixture with air, oxygen or
nitrous oxide.

trical shock. This is a level of electrical safety protection
for the user suitable for this medical device.
