In addition to the above set of fonts, a number of other FGIDs are also recognized by
the IPDS printer emulation. These are simulated by substitution with one of the above
fonts or by bolding one of the above fonts. See B.9 Font Substitution on page 167.
If an FGID is not available, the font will be mapped to another font either at the host or
in the printer using a font best-fit algorithm.
