Using Print Mailbox RX Function
1) Registering Mailbox Password

Press the "Program" key 5 times, the message RX OPERATIONS? is displayed.

Press ‘5’ of the Keypad to select “MAILBOX RX’.

Enter the number (0-9) to take your mailbox number. (For example press ‘9’)

The display prompts you to input the password of Mailbox 9.
•
If you want to correct this entry, press the "No/Clear" key and enter the password again.

Press the "Yes" key. The Mailbox registration is complete.
2) Changing Mailbox Password

Press the "Program" key 5 times.

Press ‘5’ of the Keypad to select "MAILBOX RX".

Select a Mailbox number to delete using the Keypad.

The message “REGISTERED! KEEP? is displayed.

Press the "No/Clear" key to delete the registered password, then the display appears the
message as below.

Enter the currently password of Mailbox 9 with the Keypad.
(If you don’t know the password, you cannot delete the password.)

Press the "Yes" key.

If the password you entered is correct, then the password of this mailbox is deleted.
•
The display returns to the display of step 3.
•
If the entered password does not correspond to a mailbox, this password cannot be
deleted.
The display returns to the display of step 5.

If you have completed this operation, exit this setting by the flowing procedure:
•
Press the "No/Clear" key.
•
Press the "Yes" key.
