Upon connection to the destination, the document is transmitted.
•
The document transmission sequence is repeated for the number of destinations
registered in that particular group.

To stop the transmission, press the “Stop” key, and then the "Yes" key.

When the transmission is completed, a buzzer sounds once and a message indicating that
the transmission has been normally completed appears and remains shown for two seconds

The initial screen is displayed.

TX Result Report is starting print.
If the Line is busy:
•
If the line of a particular party is busy, the machine puts that party at the end of the
transmission sequence.
•
When the initial transmission attempts are completed for all destinations, the machine
redials the destinations that were busy previously, for transmission of the document.
If the Transmission was Unsuccessful:
•
If the fax failed in transmitting the document to a destination, a buzzer sounds
intermittently for two seconds and the Error indicator lights up.

It then prints a TX/RX Result Report automatically. For details, see "TX/RX Result
Report.
•
Then it redials to the destination again, until it has successfully transmited or it has
already redialed 9 times.
