12 - 2 Service and Supplies
* CAUTION! *
NO PAPER ()
Machine is out of paper
(There is A4 size in tray 1)
Replenish paper.
* CAUTION! *
SEPARATOR JAM
Paper is jammed inside the
machine
Remove jammrd paper.
Open and close main unit
cover.
* CAUTION! *
FUSER JAM
Paper jam near FUSER Remove jammed paper.
Open and close main unit
cover
* CAUTION! *
PAPER MISFEED
Paper pick up mis-feed Remove jammed papers if
necessary.
Open and close main unit
cover.
PAPER SIZE ERROR The paper installed is not
correct size.
Be sure you have installed
the correct paper size, then
press any key to release the
ERROR state, and then
press "Start" key to resume
machine operation. After
warming up, the machine
prints the last copy again.
Or, change the paper size
setting.
* CAUTION! *
TONER EMPTY
Machine is out of Toner Add new Toner.
* CAUTION! *
ADF COVER OPEN
The cover of the ADF is
open
Close the cover of the ADF.
SERVICE CALL
(CXXXX)
A hardware related error
occurred.
Try turning the power OFF
then ON.
If this error is displayed
again, contact your service
representative.
* REDIAL ALL FAILED * The document is not
transmitted to the other
party even with repeated
auto redial.
Press the Stop key, then try
another transmission
sequence.
* COMM.ERROR * An error has occurred and
communication was
unsuccessful.
At transmission
Press the Stop key, and
then the Yes key. Then try
another transmission
sequence.
At reception
Ask the other party to try
another transmission.
* NOT REGISTERED! * There is no destination
information registered in
the One Touch key or
Speed Dial you have just
pressed.
Select the One Touch key or
Speed Dial, which contains
the information of the
destination you are trying to
send.
Or register a new One
Touch Dial or Speed Dial.
