Set Printer
The “Set Printer” Menu will update the displays on the LCD monitor after installing the PCL5e
option. This menu enables you to select settings for Auto Cassette Selection, Symbol Set, Font
number, Line number and Print Font.
Auto Cass. Select
Allows users to select the 2 nd paper cassette to print out the document when the facsimile is
equipped with the 2 nd paper cassette. Users can set the received FAX or printed PC document to be
printed out from either the Upper or Lower Tray.
Note: In most cases, PC software setting will override this setting.

Auto Cassette
Select
“On” or “Off” Off Set the document to be printed out by
the Low-Tray or the High-Tray
according to personal needs.
Line Number 5-128 60 Select the number of printed lines per
page.
Symbol Set 37 kinds of
symbols
PC Choose the appropriate symbol set for
your screen and for printing.
Font Number 01 – 45 1 Select the default font by number.
You can find the number on the Print
Font list. The default 01 is Courier
font.
Print Font “Yes” Print the font list that PCL5e supports
and configuration of PCL5e card.
