Clearing Paper Misfeeds
Paper Tray Misfeed
When the message "CAUTION PAPER MISFEED" appears in the Message Display, use the
following procedures to remove the misfeed.
1
Remove the Manual Bypass Tray and remove the
misfeed.

Remove the paper and reset it back into the Paper Tray.
3
Reinstall the Manual Bypass Tray.
4
Pull the Lock Release Lever to open and close the
Upper Half of the Machine.
5
When message prompts you, press the "Start" key to
resume the machine operation.
