15 Hold the toner container horizontally and shake it from
side to side five times or more.
16 Insert the knob, which comes with the toner container,
into the middle white gear of the drive section located
at the back of the container.
17 Turn the knob clockwise, as indicated by the arrow,
completely two or three times.
Important! Do not turn the knob counterclockwise, in the opposite direction of the arrow, since it may cause a
problem. When the toner is shifted to one side, it will be impossible to turn the knob manually. In this
case, repeat procedures 13 thru 15 above.
18 Pull out the knob.
19 Set the new toner container and turn the toner
container release lever C to the right.
20 Install the new waste toner box.
