Press the START key.
The display will show:

Enter your fax number (max. of 20
digits) by pressing the numeric keys.
• To insert a space between digits, press
the
# key.
• To clear a mistake, press the STOP
key.
(Example)

If the dual-line option has been
installed, press 1 to enter the name
and number of Line 1, or 2 to enter
the name and number of Line 2.
(Otherwise, go directly to Step 4.)
