FUNCTION SELECTOR KNOB
Turn the knob ( ) either way to select one of
the following functions listed below. The
chosen function will appear on the display
( ).

GRILL ELEMENT GRILL ELEMENT + FAN

TEMPERATURE SELECTOR KNOB
This knob( ) allows you to set the cooking
temperature between a preset minimum and
maximum for each mode.
After a function has been selected (using
the function selector knob)
the preset value will appear on the temperature display ( ).
To select the cooking temperature turn the knob clockwise (to increase)
or anti-clockwise (to decrease) the value required. The temperature
setting changes in steps of 5°C.
TEMPERATURE INDICATOR
During preheating, the “ ” symbol on the
temperature display ( ) flashes to indicate that the
temperature inside the oven has not yet reached the
set level.
The symbol remains constantly on once the preset
temperature has been reached inside the oven.
