Call lists
All calls and numbers dialed on your phone are logged in chronological or-
der in call lists.
The following call lists are displayed individually on separate tabs:
•
"Missed" tab: missed calls
•
"Received" tab: answered calls
•
"Dialed" tab: dialed numbers
•
"Forwarded" tab: forwarded calls
When new entries are added to the call lists, a message appears
(
page 36) on the idle display and the LED of the mode key
w
(
page 22) lights up white.
To call up a call list, press
w
repeatedly until the required tab is activated.
The administrator may have made special settings for missed calls. The fol-
lowing keys illuminate, depending on the setting, to indicate new missed
calls:
•
Only the LED on the
w key
•
The LED on the
w key and the alert bar
•
Only the alert bar
•
Or neither
Note also the setting options for voice messages
page 50 and have the
possible combinations explained to you by the administrator if necessary.
Missed calls are not signaled if the call journal is disabled
The call journal function must be activated in order to display call
lists
page 168. The call journal must also be activated for the
customary last number redial function. If the call journal is not acti-
vated, the message "Call Log is disabled" is shown on the display
when you press the
w
key.
Callers with suppressed numbers cannot be saved in the call lists.
Only calls to the primary line are received on multi-line phones
(
page 15).
