The firmware for your Gigaset DE380 IP R includes free software that is licensed
under the GNU General Public License. This free software was developed by a
third party and is protected by copyright. You will find the license text in its orig-
inal English version on the pages that follow.
The software is provided free of charge. You are authorized to use this free soft-
ware in accordance with the above-mentioned license conditions. In the event
of contradictions between these license conditions and the license conditions
that apply to the software according to Gigaset Communications GmbH, the
above-mentioned license conditions shall take precedence for the free soft-
