Finding Contacts List Entries
There are several ways to display your Contacts entries:
by name, by speed dial number, and by Voice tags. Follow the
steps outlined in the sections below to display entries from the
Contacts list menu.
Finding Names
To find Contacts list entries by name:
1. Press the navigation key right to display the Contacts list.
2. Scroll through all the entries using your navigation key.

Enter the first letter of the person’s name.
3. To display the entry’s details, select your desired entry and
press .
Finding Speed Dial Numbers
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Select Contacts.
3. Select Speed Dial #s. (The Speed Dial numbers list appears.)
Finding Group Entries
To find entries designated as part of a group:
1. Press the navigation key right.
2. Press the navigation key up to select All Entries field.
3. Press the navigation key right or left to navigate through the
group to find the desired entry. (The display shows the group
entries of the selected group.)
4. To display an entry’s details, select the entry and press .
5. To make the call, highlight your desired number and press
