Setting the Text Entry
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Others.
4. Select Text Entry.
5. Select your desired option.
ᮣ Auto-Capital to set the auto-capital on or off.
ᮣ My Words to add a word to or edit a word in the T9 database
(see page 26).
ᮣ Input Language to select the language (English or French).
ᮣ Default Input to select T9 word, Alphabet, or Retain Mode for the
initial entry mode. Set Retain Mode to retain the previous entry
mode (see page 27).
ᮣ Auto-Space to set the auto-space on or off after T9 words you
enter.
ᮣ Recent Access to display the three most recently used input
mode menu items.
ᮣ T9 Settings to customize the T9 settings (see page 27).
ᮣ Add Word to store words that you use frequently (see page 25).
