2. To adjust the backlight brightness, touch, hold, and slide the Level button left
or right. To save your new setting, touch the Save soft key.
Sounds Settings
The Sounds Settings menu provides a variety of options to customize audio
properties for such things as ringers, keypad tones alerts, and more.Volume
Volume lets you adjust the loudness of the sounds your phone produces.From the
Settings menu, select Sounds Settings
➔
Volume. These options display:
• Master Volume — Controls the loudness of all phone sounds.
• Messages Volume — Controls the loudness of the ringtone played for incoming
messages.
• Touch Volume — Controls the loudness of the feedback tone played when the screen is
touched.
3. Select the volume option you want to change.
4. To preview your new setting, touch the Play soft
key. To end the preview, touch the Stop soft
key.To retain your setting, touch the Set soft key.
Touch the OK soft key.
Ringer Type
You can assign ringer types and melody tones for calls,
alarms, and other alerts, in the Ringer Type sub-menu.
