4.2.4 Operator Controls
4.2.4.1 Two-Pin DIP Switch
With the two-pin DIP switches on the upper casing of the OSM/ESM you can do
the following:
• With the Stby button, you can toggle the standby function on and off.
This switch has no function on the OSM TP22 and ESM TP40.
• With the RM switch, you can activate the redundancy manager function.

Please restart the device after changing DIP switch settings. The switch setting is
adopted only when the device starts up.
