Selecting the audio
emphasis
You can adjust the audio emphasis of the
sound you are listening to. You can also
enjoy the live presence sound from a game
machine, etc., using the Panorama Sound
button.
SOUND
MEGA BASS
Selecting the sound
characteristic
Press SOUND•MEGA BASS to select the
audio emphasis you want. Each time you
press the button, the display changes.
Choose For
Sound Rock Rock’n’roll music:
powerful, clean sounds,
emphasizing low and high
range audio.
Sound Pop Popular music:
light, bright sounds,
emphasizing high and middle
range audio.
Sound Jazz Jazz:
percussive sounds,
emphasizing bass audio.
Sound Vocal Vocals:
the presence of vocals,
stressing middle range audio.
Sound Off Classical music:
the whole dynamic range for
music.
Reinforcing the bass sound
1 Press SOUND•MEGA BASS until
“MEGA BASS” appears in the display.
2 Press SOUND•MEGA BASS again to
select “MEGA BASS On”.
“MEGA BASS” appears in the display.
To return to normal sound, press the
button again to select “MEGA BASS
Off”.

Press Panorama Sound to select the sound
quality you want. Each time you press the
button, the display changes.
For CD, MD and radio
Choose Sound quality
Panorama:Live Live presence sound
Panorama Panoramic sound
Panorama:Off Normal sound
For the sound from the LINE IN
jack
Choose Sound quality
Panorama:Game Live presence of the sound
from the game machine, etc. is
enhanced.

The panorama sound function does not work on
the sound output from i jack.
