Lift the printer off the support unit.

Clear the jam.

Align the printer with the front of the support unit and place it on top of the support unit.

Turn on the printer and resend your print job.
If the jam occurs just after the paper feeds from tray 2:

Pull tray 2 all the way out.

Reach inside and gently pull the paper toward you.
