Slide the tray(s) back into
the printer.

Open the front cover,
then close it.
The media jam error
message is cancelled.
Clearing Misfeed (Multipurpose Tray) Jams

Remove the media from in the multipurpose tray.

Press the right-side cover release button and support the cover in a partially-open
position.

Carefully remove the jammed media.
