3. Select one of the four Locates

(Loc1, Loc2, Loc3, Loc4). The
current locate time appears in the
display.

4. Select Zero to reset the Locate

point to zero.

5. Press Page Right to change the locate time. A blinking cursor appears

over the first numeral of the locate time. Use the increment (Inc) and
decrement (Dec) buttons to change the highlighted numeral. Use the >>
button to move to the next numeral.

6. Press the Page Left button when finished, and then select OK to save

the new locate time.

Current Locator Time

You can change the current locator time by pressing the PLAY, REWIND, FAST
FWD

, or LOCATE buttons. You can also change it in the Transport menu.

To change the current locator time:

1. Press SETUP to enter the

SETUP MENU

2. Select Transp. to enter the

TRANSPORT OPTIONS

menu.

3. Press the Page Right button

and select CurLoc. The current
transport locator time appears in
the display.

4. Select Zero to reset the current

locator time to zero.

5. Press Page Right to change the

current locator time. A blinking
cursor appears over the first
numeral of the current locator time. Use the increment (Inc) and
decrement (Dec) buttons to change the highlighted numeral. Use the >>
button to move to the next numeral.

6. Press the Page Left button when finished, and then select OK to save

the new locator time.

Transport Offset

Transport offset is a preset amount of time that is added to the transport locator
positions displayed. For example, if the transport offset is set to 00:01:00:00, the
rewind function will stop at 00:01:00:00 instead of 00:00:00:00. The transport
offset time is added to all locates, and to incoming and outgoing LTC and MTC.

To set the transport offset time:

1. Press SETUP to enter the

SETUP MENU

2. Select Transp. to enter the

TRANSPORT OPTIONS

menu.
