3.8 Extension Board Installation
Extension Board Installation 3.8
To install a special function extension board on the
left side of the FX
2N MPU:
➀
Remove the top cover of the FX 2N .
➁
Fit the board to the connector and position
over the screw holes correctly.
➂
Using the M3 selftapping screws provided
secure the board to the base unit.Torque 0.3
to 0.6 N·m (3 to 6 kgf.Cm)
➃
Remove the cut-out from the cover using
cutters or pliers to allow access to the board.
Note: The FX 2N -232-BD is provided with
grounding brackets which should be fitted to
the board before installation.

Nehmen Sie die Frontabdeckung auf der CPU
ab.
➁
Stecken Sie die Karte auf den
Anschlußstecker, so daß die Bohrungen in
der Erweiterungskar te und der CPU über-
einander liegen.
➂
Befestigen Sie die Erweiterungskarte mit den
M3-Schrauben. Anzugsmoment: 0,3 bis 0,6
N·m (3 bis 6 kgf.Cm)

Entfernen Sie die Aussparung auf der
Frontabdeckung mit einem spitzen Schnei-
d ew e r k z e u g , d a m it b e i g e s c h l o s s e n e r
Fr ont abde ckung ein Zug ang zur Er wei-
terungskarte möglich ist.
Hinweis: Das FX 2N -232-BD ist mit zusätzlichen
Erdungsklemmen ausgestattet. Vor der
Installation des Gerätes auf der CPU sollten
diese auf der Erweiterungskarte montiert
werden.

Pour installer une car te d’extension à fonctions
spéciales du côté gauche de la MPU FX
2N , il faut:
➀
retirer le couvercle supérieur de la FX 2N ;
➁
placer la carte sur le connecteur et la
positionner exactement au-dessus des trous
des vis;
➂
fixer la carte sur l’unité de base à l’aide des
vis autotaraudeuses M3 livrées;
➃
retirer la découpe du couvercle avec des
ciseaux ou des pinces afin d’accéder à la
carte.
Note: la FX 2N -232-BD est fournie avec des
bornes de mise à la terre qui doivent être
montées sur la carte avant son installation.

Per installare la scheda di ampliamento con le
funzioni speciali sul lato sinistro della FX
2N MPU:
➀
Togliere il coperchio superiore dalla FX 2N .
➁
Inserire la scheda sul connettore e
posizionarla correttamente sopra i fori filettati.
➂
Fissare la scheda sull’unità base usando le
viti autofilettanti M3 in dotazione.
Coppia torcente 0,3...0,6 N·m
➃
Togliere il ritaglio dal coperchio usando una
taglierina o pinzetta per consentire l’accesso
alla scheda.
Nota: La FX 2N -232-BD è munita di morsetti di
terra che dovrebbero essere inseriti sulla
scheda prima dell’installazione.
