8.11 Power ON/OFF Control Setting
You can select how to power the scanner on/off; by pressing the Power button, or by connecting/disconnecting the AC cable.
Configure the settings for power on/off control as follows.
1. Start up the Software Operation Panel.
2. Select [Device Setting 2] from the left side list in the window, and select [Power SW Control] from
its lower level.
3. To power on/off the scanner by pressing the Power button, select [Enable power switch]. To
power on/off the scanner by connecting/disconnecting the AC cable, select [Disable power
switch].
