ProSoft i-View features an embedded Web server to enable users to access to their file
contents and to perform various operations. Follow the steps below to use the integrated
Web server.
1 Go to the F
ILE S ERVER tab.
Note: In order to access files you must log in to the "administrator" account. The
initial password is "admin." ProSoft i-View sets itself to this account on first
launch. See User Accounts (page 71).
2 Switch the File Server ON.
3 With ProSoft i-View’s File Server started, copy the displayed IP address to your PC’s
Web browser. If you use Apple’s Safari browser, you can simply click on the relevant
‘Bonjour’ link.
