Install Software Upgrade via Call Relay SP Update Utility
The Call Relay SP Software Upgrade Utility enables you to upgrade software and perform backup and restore
procedures. Both of these options are detailed below.
There are two ways you can upgrade your software: from disk or from the network. Both options are available
via Call Relay SP Software Update Utility.
Use the following instructions to install a software upgrade to a
Call Relay SP unit. Ensure you have the CD that was shipped with your unit. This CD contains upgrade files
you are installing.
Upgrade from Disk
1. Access the CD ROM you received from Quintum and access :\Software\Upgrade Util-
ity. (The latest copy of the upgrade utility is also available from www.quintum.com).
2. Double-click on Call Relay SP Upgrade Wizard. The Call Relay SP System Update Utility main screen
will be displayed. See Figure 3-11.

3. Click on Update (from Update from Disk). A message will appear, asking you to first backup the current
files.
4. Click Yes to backup. (If you choose No, go to step 9.) The Call Relay SP Backup screen will be displayed.
