Fault description
After you configure the SVC application of XOT, the ping operation fails.
Fault analysis
The possible causes are:
•
The physical connection is in the faulty condition.
•
SVC is configured incorrectly.
•
XOT is configured incorrectly.
Troubleshooting procedure
Do as follows on the routers:
Step 1
Check whether the interface status and the protocol status are Up.
Step 2
If the interface is Down, check whether the physical connection and configuration are correct.
Step 3
Check whether the SVC is configured correctly.
Step 4
Check whether the XOT is configured correctly.
