- A.) Connect the Left & Right Upright Beams (#1 & #2) with one Dumbbell Rack (#5) on the top level. Align the holes then secure each end of the Rack with one M10 x 2 ¾” Allen Bolt (#12), two ( ¾” Washers (#9), and one M10 Aircraft Nut (#14). Repeat the s
