Using the menus

Names
The
menu allows you to consult the list of your correspondents, add new names, write
and send messages. The names are listed in alphabetical order, and you can scroll through
the list using the
and
keys or by entering the first letter of the name. In the list
you can choose from the following:
This menu allows you to enter the name and phone number of a new
correspondent. In the advanced mode you can select the type of
number to be associated to the name:
phone
,
fax
or
data
.
Select a name
When you select a name, you are able to:
• place a call
• delete a name
• save the number as a voice dial number
• modify the name or the number associated
• flash dial
• send a message

Voice Dial
Use of the
function allows you to automatically dial the number of your correspondent
by saying the voice tag associated with it. You can store up to 10 voice dial numbers total
in your phone book, and the voice tag can be up to 2 seconds long.
To program a voice tag:
When in the names menu, select a previously saved name, press on the
key, select
and then confirm
Add voice tag?
.
Follow the instructions displayed on the screen which request that you say once and then
repeat the voice tag.
To dial a number associated with a voice tag:
A long press the
key and say the voice tag of the number to be
dialled.
If the phone recognises the voice tag, it repeats it then immediately
dials the number associated with it.
You can either associate a new voice tag with a number in the names list or manage the
existing voice tags through the following options: delete, play voice and change.
