Using the Electronic Image Stabilizer
This DVD camcorder is equipped with an electronic image stabilizer function: When
you use zoom to record a magnified subject image, it will correct fuzziness in the
recorded image.
Tips:
• It is recommended that you release electronic image stabilizer when using the DVD camcorder
on a desk or tripod.
• When electronic image stabilizer is activated, there will be a slight difference between the actual
movement and the movement on screen.
• Gross camera shake may not be corrected even if electronic image stabilizer is engaged.
• Electronic image stabilizer may not operate correctly when a conversion lens is used.
