Customize the Calendar Appearance
You can change the appearance of your calendar by setting the
first day of the week, how many days in a week you want to view,
the number of weeks and the half-hour time slots, font size, and
reminders. You can also display several icons that give visual
information about your appointments, including:
■ Reminder
■ Recurrence
■ Note
■ Location
■ Attendees
■ Private
You can determine whether to send meeting requests through
ActiveSync or an e-mail service.
To customize the calendar appearance:
1. From the Start menu, tap Calendar.
2. Tap Tools.
3. Tap Options.
4. Select the calendar options.
5. Tap OK.
