Griddle plate / alu-

¡ Allow the griddle to cool.
¡ Wipe with hot soapy water.
¡ Rinse with warm water and dry
with a soft cloth.
Recommended cleaners:
¡ Non-abrasive cleaners: Dish soap and hot water
Important notes:
¡ NEVER flood a hot griddle plate with cold water. This
can damage the griddle plate.
¡ DO NOT clean the griddle plate in a self-cleaning oven.
¡ The griddle plate is dishwasher safe, however, hand-
washing the griddle plate is recommended.
Griddle grease tray ¡ Remove the grease tray after
the grease has cooled.
¡ Discard grease into a grease re-
sistant container for disposal.
¡ Rinse and dry immediately.
Recommended cleaners:
¡ Non-abrasive cleaners: Dish soap and hot water
¡ The grease tray is dishwasher-safe.
Important notes:
¡ Clean the grease tray after each use.
¡ Do not let the grease tray fill up so far that tipping it spills
the grease.
Igniters / ceramic Clean with a cotton swab damp-
ened with soapy water.
Recommended cleaners:
¡ Dish soap and hot water
¡ Fantastik® 1
Important notes:
¡ DO NOT use sharp tools to scrape the igniters. The ignit-
ers are fragile. If an igniter is damaged, it may not light
the burner.
