Settings to connect to a LAN
[Important]
The network environment when controlling via LAN
is required to be physically isolated from the outside
network or not illegally connected / controlled by
unknown equipment with the Firewall.
Set the TV’s IP address and subnet mask to match the
settings of your LAN.
These settings can be made on either the TV or a
computer connected to the TV.
The settings depend on the configuration of your LAN.
For instructions on connection, consult your network
administrator.
To set on the TV
Set [SERIAL IN/LAN select] of [Network settings] on the
[Setup] menu to [LAN], and then set the [LAN setup]
options. (see page 36)
After setting each item, select [Set] and press

Preparation for PJLink control
To perform LAN control (PJLink), connect to the network
for the first time after purchase or after [All reset], display
the web page of this unit on the PC browser, and be
sure to set the password.
The setting on the web page is effective for 3 minutes
after selecting [Network settings] - [LAN setup] - [PJLInk
Password(Web)].

Restriction to access the web page
The user name and password are necessary to
access the web page.
User name: dispadmin (fixed)
Initial password: @Panasonic
It is also necessary to set this password for the first
time after purchase or after [All reset].
(1) When newly setting a PJLink password
1 Connect this unit and PC to the
network.
(see page 43)
2 Select [Network settings] - [LAN
setup] - [PJLInk Password(Web)].
(see page 37)
3 Start up the web browser on the PC.
4 Enter the IP address that has been set
for [LAN setup] of this unit into the
address bar on the web browser.
5 Enter the password to access this
web page and the PJLink password
(enter the same password twice,
which is the password to be set and
password for confirmation) and click
[Apply].
(2) When changing the password to access this web
page and the PJLink password
Connect this unit and PC to the network in the same
way as in (1), and configure the setting on the browser.
Enter each of current passwords and set new passwords
(enter the same password twice, which is the new
password and password for confirmation).
Note
● The web page is displayed only in English.
Password to restrict the access to the web page
Use a password to restrict the access to the web page
Change the password first.
● When [All reset] is executed, the password returns to
the original value.
● The number of characters that can be used for a
password is 8 characters or more and 16 characters
or less.
● The following are recommendations when changing
the password.
Include at least three types from the following four
types of characters.
1) Alphabet uppercase character (A to Z)
2) Alphabet lowercase character (a to z)
3) Number (0 to 9)
4) Special character (~!@#$%&*()_+|{[}]<>.,/?')
