Once you have added a visit, you need to add visitors. Section 3.2 describes the process to add the visitors
whose details are already available in ACWS or create new visitor details.
3.2 Add Visitors to the Visit
You can either search an existing visitor in the system to add to the visit or add a new visitor.
3.2.1 Add a Visitor Name Available in the Application
To find a visitor, perform the following steps:
1. Enter the name of the visitor in the Visitor Name field and click (Search). The list of Visitors
matching the search criteria appears in a dialog box.
