Installation / Start-up / Operation
Position the fitting body

with the fitting base
seal

inserted into the opening of your
washbasin.
First place the C-sealing washer

under the
washbasin, then the C metal washer

onto
the threaded bolt

Now attatch the fastening nut

to the
threaded bolt

and tighten with an open-
ended spanner SW 12 mm until the fitting

is
seated firmly on the washbasin.
Unscrew the upper pop-up flange

from the
lower pop-up flange

From the top insert the upper pop-up flange

with the upper pop-up seal

into the wash-
basin drain hole.
Place the lower pop-up flange

with the
lower pop-up seal

beneath the washbasin
drain hole.
Now screw the lower pop-up flange

with
the upper pop-up flange

, so the pop-up
plastic nut

faces to the back.
Unscrew the pop-up plastic nut

from the
lower pop-up flange

, leaving the gasket
inside the threaded shaft of the lower pop-up
flange

ATTENTION! DANGER OF INJURY, SHEET
METAL HAS SHARP EDGES.
Temporarily remove the clip and pop-up joint

from the pop-up pivot rod

for installation.
Please be sure the seal reimains on the pop-up
pivot rod

Place the pop-up plastic nut

over the longer
piece of the pop-up pivot rod

. Be sure the
seal is placed between the ball and pop-up
plastic nut

.
Inset the short section of the pop-up pivot
rod

into the female thread of the lower
pop-up flange

and retighten the pop-up
plastic nut

hand tight.
Reattach the clip and pop-up joint

to the
pop-up pivot rod

Insert the pup-up pull rod

through the plas-
tic section of the pop-up joint

and tighten
the screw using a cross-tip screwdriver.
Connect the pop-up pull rod

with the pop-
up pull rod

using the screw joint

Verify the pop-up is working properly. The plas-
tic screw below the pop-up drain plug

may
need to be adjusted. Then retighten with the
lock nut.
Install the siphon by screwing the siphon and
the pop-up screw thread

Check the seals inside the swivel nuts

on
the flexible connection hoses

Screw the flexible connection hoses
10
to the
angle valves. Be sure to correctly install the
flexible connection hoses
10
to the cold-/hot
water hoses – left flexible connection hose
10
to the hot water connection, left angle valve,
and the right flexible connection hose
10
to
the cold water connection, right angle valve.
Start-up
After the initial commissioning, carefully check all
connections for leaks.
To remove any possible impurities the tap must be
flushed before being used for the first time. To do
this, proceed as follows:
Unscrew the aerator

from the fitting

Open the main water supply and allow the
water to flow for two minutes to flush out any
residues.
Then reattach the aerator

to the fitting

.
Operation
Note: If the tap has not been used for a long pe-
riod, flush the pipes thoroughly to avoid stagnation
and build-up of residue.
Open the main water supply.
Lift the handle

and swing it to the right or
left in order to regulate the speed or tempera-
ture of the water.
Hot water:
Swing the handle

to the left.
