• Drive model and all nameplate data.
• Motor type, brand, and all nameplate data.
For Troubleshooting, additional information may be required.
• Power distribution information (type – delta, wye; power factor correction; other
major switching devices used; voltage fluctuations)
• Installation wiring (separation of power & control wire; wire type/class used; dis-
tance between drive and motor, grounding.
• Use of any devices between the drive & motor (output chokes, etc.).
