CDBR Braking Unit Fault Circuit Connection Diagrams

Note: When connecting a separately-installed type CDBR Braking Unit to drives with a built-in

braking transistor (200 V/400 V/600 V 30 kW or less), connect the B1 terminal of the drive to

the positive terminal of the CDBR Braking Unit and connect the negative terminal of the drive to

the negative terminal of the CDBR Braking Unit. The B2 terminal is not used in this example.

<1> 200 V class drives do not require a control circuit transformer.

<2> Set L3-04 to 0 or 3 to disable Stall Prevention During Deceleration when using an LKEB Braking Resistor Unit.

The motor may not stop within the deceleration time if this setting is not changed.
